This is a fantastic terrace apartment located next to La Resina Golf and Country Club, Estepona, with only 5 minutes’ drive to the beach. This nice apartment has a living room with dining area connected to a large south-west facing terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and two beautiful bright bedrooms. The greatest part of the apartment is of course the beautiful terrace that on clear days has an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea with Gibraltar and the African coastline. On the terrace you find a beautiful lounge area for any occasion, and also a small barbecue.
Estepona is a vibrant city surrounded by restaurants, shops, and cafes. You will always have various choices for both activities and restaurants, if you are interested in Golf you will be happy to find that in addition to the beautiful golf course La Resina Golf & Country club, there are a variety of recognized Golf Courses in the area.
