This modern townhouse consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. As you enter the townhouse through a private patio that has a table and chairs, sun loungers, and barbecue, you'll find the living room and kitchen in an open space.
The fully fitted modern kitchen has all that is needed for your meals. Through the spiral staircase, you have the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a fantastic front-line beach view, and a side view of the communal outdoor pool.
It is located in Playa Paraiso where you can walk kilometers on end through natural beaches. You will find beachside restaurants along the way. Puerto de la Duquesa, one of the most charming marinas in the Costa del Sol, is only a few minutes drive away. Here you can dine in any of the restaurants, bars that line the port or enjoy any of the water sports and activities that are offered.
For golf lovers, there are numerous golf courses in the area such as Duquesa Golf, Doña Julia Golf, Finca Cortesin, and Casares Golf not to forget the golf courses in nearby Sotogrande and San Roque such as Real Club Valderrama.
In the village of San Luis de Sabinillas, you will find banks, supermarkets and all sorts of shops. The port town of Estepona and the mountain village of Casares are very near.

Este duplex para quien busque comodidad a la vez que tranquilidad es perfecto, esta en la misma playa a cinco metros de la arena y como es una urbanización separada del pueblo es super tranquila, la vivienda esta preparada con todo tipo de comodidades, la cocina es completísima, la cama muy cómoda esta en la planta alta, el sillón muy cómodo y no te falta nada que puedas necesitar ( secador de pelo, plancha, aire acondicionado en planta alta y baja aunque como esta pegado al mar con la brisa no hace ninguna falta, baños completos con ropa de baño y cama), el jardín es perfecto con ducha y todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos dias de descanso, hay a muy poca distancia muchos supermercados y el pueblo esta muy cerquita, la piscina de la comunidad aunque no la usamos esta justo al lado, es perfecto para unas vacaciones en pareja , para repetir sin ninguna duda
