This great ground floor apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals, which you could enjoy in the dining room or outside on the terrace. In the living room, there is also a comfortable lounge area where you can relax or watch TV. If you need to wash laundry during your stay there is a washing machine in the laundry room. It has a large sunny terrace and also a small terrace with evening sun. Another important detail is that this apartment is very close to one of the nice pool areas.
Residencial Duquesa is a quite good residential complex with 24-hour security, service staff on-site Monday to Friday, private parking, nice green areas, and four pool areas. In addition, it is located in a very quiet area but at the same time, and is close to everything you may need, short walking distance to supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, and banks. There is also a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and of course the long beautiful beach, Puerto de la Duquesa, and La Duquesa Golf.
This is a perfect holiday home where you can combine an active holiday with relaxation on the beach!
